Welcome to Helsinki, Finland!
Helsingfors Segelklubb and the Finnish Estonian Class Association are pleased to invite all fellow Melges 24 sailors to Helsinki for the 2012 Nordic Championship and the third Finnish Open National Championship. This is an unique event because 9 years ago "Jacob´s Creek Melges 24 European Champioship 2003" was sailed on the same waters.
The yacht club´s harbor is one of the biggest and most modern marinas in Finland. It has over 1000 members. The center of the entire harbor is the famous Restaurant Blue Peter owned and operated by Jussi & Ville Forsman (former 49er sailors). It was entirely renovated during winter 2006-2007. And in 2009 the yacht club´s new club house was opened.
